Scott John Brow (born March 17, 1969 in Butte, Montana) was a Major League Baseball Pitcher from 1993 to 1998. He primarily pitched middle relief, but he did get four starts in his major league career, three of which were in his rookie season. He graduated from Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro, Oregon. He also graduated from the University of Washington. He won the World Series with the Toronto Blue Jays in the 1993 season.

Brow was a member of the inaugural Arizona Diamondbacks team that began play in Major League Baseball in 1998.
